Happy Birthday to Dave! We are going to Honolulu to celebrate and get away from San Francisco and have some fun and sun. Honolulu is nice - a bit of a concrete jungle where we stayed, but the hotel was nice and we were right on the beach. We went to the reef to snorkel and saw soooo many unique fish and underwater creatures. We also made great use of our rental car as we drove around the island. We found this secluded beach with a small island off it in the shape of a straw hat. Very cool. Our flight was delayed on the way out, so we checked out luggage and took the bus back to downtown to do some more walkabout. That was great because we got to see a bunch of things we missed with all that laying on the beach.
