Mission: Mill Valley Makeover

Here we go. The paperwork was signed over the Thanksgiving holiday and after a 45-day escrow, there will be three houses to renovate in Mill Valley.

A short overview of the property - the property is about 12,500 square feet and it is on slope, right above Miller Avenue in Mill Valley. The property has three 2 bedroom, 1 bath homes on it. We want to take the top house on the hill for ourselves. So we will be selling the loft in January and moving to the ‘burbs.

Dave is taking the lead on the Mission-style house, and I am taking the lead on the cottage-style house. I am excited about doing the design planning and research. I will also use my project management skills to help keep us on budget and on schedule.
