Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!

Well, you knew it had to happen - something had to go wrong. Dave called the HOA president at our condo to get the HOA paperwork for the new buyer and the other two people on the condo board said we need to raise the HOA dues by $100 per month. Not sure how the new buyers will react and it could mean they pull out. Not the best news, I am crossing my fingers and hoping it all works out. I do have to say I will be happy to not have to be a part of a condo group anymore. I am sure having renters will be much less stress. ;-)

After saying we were taking the night off, we ended up driving to Mill Valley at 9p to drop off a check for the electrician and seeing the progress. The landscapers are really clearing things out. I wish I had better photos of the yard, but it is always dark. The pathway through the property really feels great without the fences making it claustrophobic.

The nice part of my day was that is a beautiful outside. My friend at work, Lizzie, and I walked to the Embarcadero to see the pirate ships during lunch. Lizzie is fascinated with pirate ships, her fiance, used to live on one so the plan is to have their wedding there. Super cool.
