Freaky Friday

Today was exciting. I woke up and planned to do some work. I realized that my Dad's computer didn't have Excel on it. His girlfriend, Anne, was nice enough to let me borrow her office for the morning do to my work and my conference call with Jason about the new Pulte project.

After that, I went over to Mouton's house (she is my journalism advisor from high school and also a professor I had in college. I met her new exchange student from Korea and saw her son (who must have been like 10 years old the last time I saw him and now he is in his 20s). We went to lunch at a new place in Nac called Fairchilds. It was super good. We went back to her house to chat.

Around 5p Dave called. It was the last day to sign up or not sign up for the VSP (Voluntary Severance Package) at work. So many things happening all at once. In the end, he decided to throw his name in the lottery. We will find out around March 24th if he was selected. I agreed to a four week vacation if he gets it. That will be super nice.

I went home and had some veggie and venison soup my Dad made. It was good.
