Primed and Fenced

Lots of progress - Ken and Todd primed the living room, dining room and kitchen at the blue house. It made 20 years of drab and cigarette smoking disappear. I can't wait until we put the Swiss Coffee paint on the walls. Todd also stained the broom closet to match the rest of the cabinets in the kitchen.

Jose and his crew put in the fences and worked on the retaining wall at the upper house. It was amazing to see our yard, take shape. The space is totally defined and we have a sense of our property now. I can't wait to see the side yard level out a bit. We have to wait for the foundation fix to get the dirt to fill it in - so I am guessing that will be a while. Meanwhile, I will try to visualize.

Tonight, a little R&R. I have a work happy hour and then I am going to hang out with Molly and do girl stuff. Hooray! Have a great weekend.
