Todd and Ken made more progress today. The house got a first round of pressure wash at the blue house. Ken and Todd worked on the paint and the broom closet. The trim is all painted in the front part of the house. It is amazing to see the nicotine yellow dinginess disappear.
Dave and I met with the architect and Chris B for the upper house. Can I say how much I love Chris? He is organized, professional and pleasant. So we worked out the plan for foundation and excavation. Pete is going to draw foundation plans plus plans for the future build-out downstairs. An master suite plus another bedroom. So cool I can't wait to see what it all looks like.
