I can't believe it. I came home last night and there was a HUGE pile of dirt in the driveway. I almost plowed right into it. Once I caught my breathe, I noticed there were a whole pile of flowers in the middle of the yard and tons of holes everywhere. Yippie!
And then I noticed that the front flower beds had new plants - wisteria - an all-time favorite of mine. I was super excited. They even have some small blooms on them already.
In other news, Todd finished the base of the deck at the blue house. It is going to make that backyard really nice for gathering and grilling. He also managed to repair and prime the entryway stairs on the blue house. The really horrible gutters from before caused rain water to plunk down hard on the stairs and gave them a bad case of rot. Today it will get painted back to blue.
