Peet and Timo were super sweet today. I am a bit sad that I am leaving them behind. It has been nice having them here while Dave was gone. I am sure Dave is sad to be alone. I am not sure that Peet has any idea what is up - he only got in the suitcase to play with the cords used to hold your clothes in place. Timo, on the other hand, is very sensitive to everything. He doesn't like noise or packing or boxes. He has mostly been hiding under the bed. He comes out more in the evening. But the past few nights, he has been crying in the middle of the night. I think he misses Dave. It just breaks my heart. Denise will take great care of them and Peet will be fine, but I worry that there is just no Dave-replacement for Timo.
