Thanksgiving, obviously, is an American tradition and isn't celebrated here in Australia. We are having dinner on Saturday night with some of Dave's co-workers to celebrate. But, since I love to plan, here is what I would be cooking if we were having a big to-do in Mill Valley. I am working with a pear-themed menu, mostly from Cooking Light.
