Peter from Dave's work organised a dinner for us last night. I met up with Tom, Chris, Jacque, and Dave at Transport Bar for a quick drink and then we walked over to Shanghai Dumplings. Shanghai Dumplings is an experience. For $100 for 6 people with drinks, we had a feast of potsticker type dumplings filled with a variety of kinds of meats. Cheap and good. The fried ones are better than the steamed, as they are not greasy and prove to be less slippery and easier to eat with chopsticks than the steamed ones.

Next door is a container bar - which is a bar constructed in a parking lot, run off a generator and made of old shipping containers that have been painted graffiti-style. A very cool, relaxed atmosphere for post-dinner drinks.
