Christmas Eve Sledding

With no snow in Northern California tonight, the Brousseau's decided to make their own sledding. All it takes is our stairs, a sleeping bag mat for the sled, the futon mattress (instead of snow) and you are on your way. Tristan proclaimed it was the best thing he ever invented. And he convinced most of us to take a turn or two. I tried it, feet first only, and it was almost as exciting as Santa Claus coming to town.

After all the sledding, we were incredibly hungry, we so ate Chicken Pot Pie, Herbed and Parmesan Cheese Cauliflower, Spinach Salad with Apple, Walnuts and Mushroom, Garlic Bread, and Chocolate Torte with Chocolate Sauce and French Vanilla Ice Cream.
