Poor Dave has spent all day rumbling with the mortgage brokers. Our original broker is really just not communicative or thorough in his work. He said the loan he offered us was the best loan, but our second mortgage broker was able to find us a much better deal within a few hours. So who should we use? Easy question.
So we just have to make sure we can make the switch without losing the deal on the house. Tricky.
I met with a company called NHance who does hardwood floor refinishing without a sander. The product looks pretty good and is half the price of the traditional method with no mess. I need to review everything with Dave once he has a chance to breathe.
