We are SUPPOSE to close today. Actually, we were suppose to close last Friday. With the whole mortgage crisis, the bank laid off a bunch of people and there was no one to put together our paperwork. Nice (as if spending almost 4 months in the home buying process wasn’t adventure enough).
Ken (Dave’s contractor friend from San Diego) will be here Friday so we can start demo onthe blue house. Meanwhile, I am trying to design a kitchen for the upper house and lend some design help to other houses, and project manage things so we stay on schedule and on-budget.
