Looking to the Weekend

This is a view of the drive into town - not too bad, and I can get from work to the house in about 30 minutes - on a Friday night no less.

I spent a few hours at Floorcraft yesterday designing the kitchen with a nice man named Harry. Such a better experience than Home Depot and still within our budget. Plus they have way nicer stuff to select from and a more inviting atmosphere.

I picked up the tiles for the blue house bathroom - photo coming soon. They are sooo cool. They kind of look like rust, which may sound weird. But they are incredible.

Dave’s friends, Eric and Aaron, stopped by and checked out the place. Dave went on a night hike and to dinner with them while I went home and passed out on the couch. After working most of the day, going to Floorcraft and then to Marin, I was pretty tired.

Ken will be here tonight to help with the rest of the renovations. We are suppose to have dinner with Dave’s brother also. So many things going on - I am not sure if we even have a clear handle on them all.
