I went to the property at 8am to meet Manny the electrician. When I was leaving, the landscaping crew was arriving and Todd was minutes away.
Dave flew back from San Diego that morning, went to work, came home and took a shower, went back to work, stopped in the city to pick me up and then we went back to check out the progress, since Ken had called to say a lot happened. Progress, check it out.
They got so much done yesterday. The electrician installed new outlets in the blue house house and got the new circuits in and is preparing to insert the new panel box.
Also, yesterday, Steven from Craigslist came and picked up the washer and dryer, so now the laundry room is empty (and pretty gross).
And the fences are gone - we got there after dark so it is hard to tell, but the landscapers pulled up all the old fences AND they cut down this hideous tree that was in front of our house. Hooray!
Then the three of us went to Home Depot to load up on more supplies and then to Marin Brewing Company for burgers and beers. We got home around 11p and we both just passed out.
