Yarra Valley: Domaine Chandon and Dandenong Ranges

What a great adventure - check out the photos! We hopped in Apple and drove out to the Yarra Valley, never mind the rain. We stopped first at Dick Smith to purchase cordless phone and scanner/printer/fax/copy machine. Then we went to Domaine Chandon for some wine and champagne tasting. This place was heavy. I liked all their wines - from the sweet champagne to the more stronger shiraz and pinot noirs. Then we stopped at a lovely nursery and bought some plants for the apartment - lavender and basil. Then we headed up to the Dandenong Ranges. It was so beautiful in the rain. This park is similar to the redwood forest in California, but with much more of a rain forest feel.
